PRICES
Prices vary with the season and length of stay. Weekly rentals are generally from Saturday to Saturday and the minimum stay is five days. A deposit of 50% paid by cheque is required on confirmed reservation and the final payment should be made by cheque not later than four weeks prior to the booking date. For all bookings made within four weeks of the booking date, full payment is required. In the case of last minute bookings we will do our best to make all the necessary arrangements at short notice.
We do not offer any insurance for cancellations which should be done by you personally. Please email to info@villailami.com or fax (0039-055-769124) for further information.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Please do not arrive before 4 pm to allow for proper preparation of your accommodation in between lets. It would be most helpful if you could state an approximate time of arrival to ensure there is someone to meet you and show you round your holiday home and it would be appreciated if you could telephone should there be any last minute delay. Please aim to vacate your accommodation not later than 10 am. On leaving, please leave the premises "brush clean" and tidy. Cleaning materials are provided for your use. Any breakages or damage which occur during your stay should be reported to the owners and be replaced or paid for as appropriate before departure.
BED LINEN
All linens and towels are provided with extra towels for use at the swimming pool. There are clothes washing machines in all the properties and clean bed linens, bath and hand towels are provided weekly.
A cot for one small child aged under 24 months can be provided but no linen for this is included.
HEATING
Central heating is not included in the price. This is read by meter on arrival and departure. Wood is supplied for the open fires at no extra cost.
THE SWIMMING POOL
This pool is used by the three holiday lets only. It is large 10m X 5m and there is room for all! However, we ask that guests respect the list of rules that we provide.
